Is HS 4101 covered by EUDR?

No longer covered. Raw hides and skins of cattle was in the original Annex I but has been removed.

Deleted from Annex I by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102. Hides and leather will be reconsidered in the 2030 review.
