Is HS 4401 covered by EUDR?

Yes, with conditions. Fuel wood; wood chips or particles; sawdust and wood waste and scrap is listed in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (commodity: Wood).

Condition: Waste (as defined in Directive 2008/98/EC) is excluded. Single-use packing used only to carry another product (and presented with it) is excluded.
