Is HS 4420 covered by EUDR?

Yes, with conditions. Wood marquetry; jewellery caskets; statuettes and ornaments of wood; wooden furniture not in Chapter 94 is listed in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (commodity: Wood).

Condition: Used and second-hand products are excluded. Not covered if made of bamboo, rattan or other woody materials (note 4 to Annex I).
